How accurate is plant identification?
HeyPlant identifies thousands of species with high accuracy from a single photo. For the best results, take a clear, well-lit picture of the leaves, flowers, or overall shape. When we're not fully confident, we show you the most likely matches so you can pick the right one.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Identification needs a connection because it runs on our servers. Your saved plants and the notes you've added to them stay available offline.
How much does HeyPlant cost?
HeyPlant Pro is €3.99 per week on the weekly plan, or just €0.99 per week on the yearly plan (billed once a year at €51.48). Prices are shown before any applicable tax, which is added at checkout by Google Play. Both plans include every feature.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Which devices are supported?
HeyPlant is an Android app. Your account and plant collection sync automatically across your Android devices.
